1- Prepare the Solution: Use distilled, sterile, or previously boiled (and cooled) water to ensure it's free from contaminants. Mix in the correct amount of non-iodized salt (typically 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per 250ml of water) to create a saline solution.

2- Fill the Nasal Rinser: Pour the saline solution into the bottle.

3- Position Yourself: Lean over a sink and tilt your head to one side, about a 45-degree angle.

4-Insert the Spout: Gently insert the spout of the nasal rinser into the upper nostril.

5- Pour the Solution: Press the button on the flat side of the bottle to allow the saline solution to flow into the upper nostril. The solution will flow through your nasal cavity and come out the lower nostril. Breathe through your mouth during the process.

6- Switch Sides: After the solution has flowed through one side, remove the nasal rinser and blow your nose gently to clear out any remaining solution and mucus. Repeat the process on the other side.
