3-With light pressure, move the scraper forward.
4-Repeat this action 3-4 times, covering the entire tongue surface.
5-After each scrape, rinse the scraper under running water.
6-Rinse your mouth with water to remove any debris.
7-Clean the tongue scraper with soap and water & dry it completely before storing.
