Control Panel Overview (Top to Bottom):
- Power Button: Hold for 3 seconds to turn the device on. Press once to pause, and press again to resume with the previous setting.
- Increase Suction Level: Press this button repeatedly to increase the suction level (up to 12 levels).
- Do not use the device over or on the belly button area, double chin, or neck.
- Decrease Suction Level: Press this button to lower the suction level (down to 0).
- Quick Release Button: Press once to instantly release the suction if it feels too intense. No need to hold the button. Keep your finger close to this button when testing suction levels.
- Infrared Heat Button: Activate the optional infrared function by pressing this button. Press repeatedly to adjust the heat level.
Note: Charge the device for 4 hours before first use.

- Insert the Filter: Before using your massager, ensure the black disk filter is properly inserted. This filter absorbs excess body oil and protects the device from damage.
- Moisturize Your Skin: Apply a generous amount of any suitable body oil before starting the device. Never use the massager on dry skin. The oil ensures smooth gliding and prevents skin discomfort.
- Turn On the Device and Set Preferences: Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. Choose your preferred settings (suction level and infrared heat if desired). Tip: Start with the lowest suction level and gradually increase as needed.
- Massage Target Areas: Gently glide the device over target areas like legs, buttocks, belly, or arms. DO NOT APPLY ANY PRESSURE TO THE MASSAGER; let it glide smoothly. Always move the device upward, toward the heart, to boost blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.
Massage each area for 5–10 minutes, or until the skin feels warm and slightly red — indicating increased blood flow and fat activation.
VERY IMPORTANT: Everytime you feel the device absorbed too much, release immediately the pressure with the quick release pressure
Use 3 to 7 days per week for best results per area.
